Stovetop Smoker For Your Indoor Meat Smoking Needs

Don't you wish there was some way you could smoke meat within the comfort of your own home or RV? Well, so do I. I find it very inconvenient when I have to go outside my house and pay attention to the meat when I can be at home enjoying my favorite soccer or basketball game on television at the same time.

I was looking through the internet in search of an alternative means of cooking meat where it would have the same texture and flavor, as if it were smoked. But, to no avail. Smoking meat was the only way to get meat to taste the way I wanted it too. However, I was able to discover a device called the stovetop smoker during my research.

This stovetop smoker is smaller than a regular one, but it was created for indoor use. All you need to do is place it on top of your stove and operate it like how you would a regular smoker device. You still need to use small chips of wood or sawdust as fuel for your cooking device.

If you with to cook bigger pieces of meat, you can insert the smoker in your oven to lessen food preparation time. Since I wanted to cook inside my home, I decided to buy the device and try it for myself. It came together with a pack of sawdust, so I was able to test it immediately upon arrival. I was going to prepare some steak for my family to enjoy during lunch.

It took a couple of hours for me to finish smoking the meat which was expected. The excess juice from the steak dripped into a container under the smoker, which was very convenient. It was also very easy to clean the container afterwards due to its non-stick nature. And while smoking my steaks I was enjoying my favorite show on television at the same time.
